We welcomed Randolph Matthews to school to deliver some music workshops to the pupils. He was AMAZING and very inspiring for pupils and staff. We all learned a lot about beat and using our voices to make sounds.



Great excitement in Year 1 as they turned our garden rooms into the perfect setting for their café. This year (with the school anniversary in mind) they named it “The Diamond Café” and cakes and decoration were prepared with suitable sparkle for the occasion!



Year groups have been out and about on educational visits.



EYFS all went to Thorndon Park to experience a Hungry Caterpillar day!




Year One went exploring nature at South Weald and used natural materials to create sculptures.



Healthy Week was great fun. All the children participated in a range of activities, challenges and competitions throughout the week based on the sport and healthy living theme




The KS1 smoothie competition generated a lot of entries.

The finalists were Henry (Avon) Indira (1B) and Zac (2VC)

After a rigorous judging process by Mr Luxton, Mrs Cox and Mr Clare a winner was agreed upon.

The eventual winner was Zac with his apple, pineapple, strawberry, mango and orange juice smoothie
