EYFS to Year 1 Transition Presentation

Welcome to Reception Video

We have all settled into school and had a fantastic time showing our parents/grandparents and caring adults what we do at lunchtime!

Reception had great fun researching koala facts for Endangered Animals theme week. THey even used what they had learned to create a koala themed scarecrow for the EPFA trail! Look out for is over half term!

Thursday 10th October was Hello Yellow and Take 10 and read challenge day. The children all took time to talk to each other, read, share and take care of their mental wellbeing.

The school commemorated remembrance day with a two minute silence on Monday 11th November at 11am.

Children in Need Day was lots of fun with Pudsey and spots!

EYFS, Year One and Year Two have had great fun creating their enterprise projects for the Xhristmas Fayre.

We all took part in the Take 10 challenge on October 10th

The Take 10 Challenge encourages people to read for just 10 minutes a day to improve their wellbeing and support their literacy. For more information click here.

Stay connected to Engayne

We would love you to join this community and stay connected with Engayne. Were you a pupil at Engayne? Do you know someone who was?

We need people from a range of careers and pathways to open our pupils’ eyes to what’s possible in the future and help to enhance school life. You could support us in many ways – as role models, assembly speakers, fundraisers, classroom volunteers, governors and more. There is no obligation to do anything after you’ve signed up but you’ll receive a few updates to let you know what we’re up to.

If you would like to stay involved in supporting our school, sign up as a ‘friend’ here (or, if you happen to be a former pupil yourself select that option):  https://networks.futurefirst.org.uk/signup/engayneprimary
